WHO IS RMA?

In 2008, RMA Engineering began as a team of two engineers dedicated to expertise. With a solid business plan, determination, consistent work ethic, and a lot of grit, JP Metzler and Jason Rourke built their company while raising families, farming, ranching, and marketing. Both of these men have continued diversifying their skills and furthering their education as the company grew. RMA is proud to offer solutions for your Power, Environmental, Electrical, Civil, and Network Engineering projects. We also offer GIS services and staff extensions to keep telecommunications companies and electrical coops running smoothly.

With a foundational belief that trustworthy relationships matter, RMA has grown into a reputable company with longevity. RMA has multiple crews working all over the midwest. We focus on finding efficient, cost effective, and innovative solutions for our clients. RMA’s slogan, “Virtually Everywhere” has been a constant since 2008 when RMA embraced working remotely. Even at that time, our leaders understood the value of remote work, and the cost savings that can be passed to clients from a hybrid virtual work model.
