Position: Senior Project Manager – Construction Inspection Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in construction inspection or civil engineering to lead and oversee large-scale infrastructure and development projects. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience managing projects related to roadways, bridges, utilities, and site development , ensuring compliance with industry standards, budgets, and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, execution, and closeout phases for civil engineering and construction projects. Oversee field inspection activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet contractual obligations. Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and government agencies to streamline project delivery. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns. Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth. Prepare and review technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation. Facilitate stakeholder communication, including presentations to clients, regulatory agencies, and internal leadership. Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability guidelines in construction projects. Qualifications & Skills: 15+ years of experience in construction inspection, civil engineering, or project management within the infrastructure sector. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local construction codes and regulations. Expertise in construction management software (e.g., AASHTOWare). Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to travel to project sites as required.
